  • Where will the order be shipped from?

    We will ship your order from our nearest warehouse in Europe.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Currently, the available payment methods for purchasing from our website are PayPal and credit card. For PayPal inquiries, please contact PayPal directly at 1-402-935-2050 (calling from outside the U.S.) For credit card inquires, please contact your issuing bank for more information.

  • What is the warranty policy for the Black Shark devices?

  • When will my pre-order ship?

    The Black Shark Gamepad 2.0 will ship on December 31. You will be notified by email when your product has shipped.

  • Where is the warranty valid?

    Currently, the Black Shark phone is only officially sold in the EU and UK. Warranty claims can only be made in these regions:

    Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

  • How do I repair or return my device?

    If you have any issues with your #BlackShark order, drop us a line at global.support@blackshark.com. We're here to help.

  • Is tax included in the total price?

    All taxes are included in purchases of mobile phones as well as mobile phones with accessories from uk.blackshark.com, all of our products are shipped in accordance with DDP terms. However, the purchase of only accessories, even if it exceeds £50 is not included in tax and shipping. Also please be aware that we can arrange the delivery to your address but will be unable to clear it for import. You may need to cooperate with the courier on local import declaration and make a payment of duty/tax if necessary.

    * Kindly remind: if the buyer does not cooperate with customs clearance or refuses to accept the package and the package is returned, the additional costs incurred, including the taxes and fees that have been incurred, and the return flow fee, will be borne by the buyer.
